Spice up your everyday meal with a special and very tasty salad.


  • 1 package of penne pasta
  • 2 cans of drained sardines
  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • ¼ cup (tea) olive oil
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Keep warm.
  3. In a bowl, place the rest of the ingredients and mix.
  4. Place the mixture in a medium ovenproof dish.
  5. Add the still hot pasta to this mixture.
  6. Stir well so that all the noodles are impregnated with the mixture.
  7. Season with pepper and salt.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil.
  9. Refrigerate.
  10. Serve when cooled.

Mom Tips

The package of noodles must contain 500 grams.

Approximate yield of 6 servings.
