Yogurt and Tahini Sauce


  • 400 grams of natural yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons of tahini
  • 1 lemon juice
  • ½ clove of garlic without the core
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a blender, blend the first 4 ingredients.
  2. Remove and season with pepper and salt.
  3. Store in the refrigerator.

Mustard sauce


  • 1 can of cream without whey
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • ¼ cup of white wine
  • Pepper sauce to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard seeds to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients.
  2. Serve garnished with mustard seeds.

Tahini is a paste made from sesame seeds widely used in Arabic cuisine. You can find tahini in good supermarkets, natural product stores, the Municipal Market in your city and in stores specializing in Arabic products.
