For a typical Sunday lunch, bring the family together to enjoy this delicious shrimp lasagna!


  • 500 grams of lasagna
  • 500 shelled shrimp
  • Ready pesto sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • Grated parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Butter
  • Oil
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic
  • Sal

Preparation Mode

  1. In advance, season the shrimp with salt, squeezed garlic and black pepper.
  2. Brown the shrimp in the hot oil. Reserve.
  3. Cook the lasagna according to package instructions.

White Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • 1/2 glass of milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted margarine
  • 1/2 tablespoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 can of whey-free cream

White Sauce Preparation Method

  1. Dissolve the wheat flour well in half a glass of milk.
  2. Place a pan with the margarine over low heat to melt. Next, add half a liter of milk, salt and dissolved flour and stir until it thickens.
  3. Remove, add the cream and mix well.

Assembling the Lasagna

  1. Grease a pyrex dish with butter and place a layer of cooked lasagna.
  2. Spread white sauce, mozzarella cheese over the pasta and distribute the shrimp on top.
  3. Cover with pesto sauce.
  4. Repeat layer.
  5. Finish with white sauce and pesto.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Mom Tips

In good supermarkets you can find good brands of ready-made pesto sauce. If you prefer, you can make homemade pesto sauce.
