Ingredients
- 1 can of cream
- 2 cups of sugar (tea)
- 3 eggs
- 3 cups of sifted wheat flour
- Zest of the peel of a lemon
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder
Preparation Mode
- Prepare, by greasing and flouring, a 22 cm diameter pan with a hole in the middle.
- Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
- In a bowl, place the cream, sugar, eggs and beat with a hand whisk for 5 minutes.
- Beating until you get a homogeneous mixture, add the zest, lemon juice and flour little by little.
- Add the yeast and mix quickly.
- Pour into the pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes or until golden.
- Remove, let cool and then unmold.
- Decorate with icing of your choice.
