  • 1 can of cream
  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups of sifted wheat flour
  • Zest of the peel of a lemon
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical baking powder

Preparation Mode

  1. Prepare, by greasing and flouring, a 22 cm diameter pan with a hole in the middle.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a bowl, place the cream, sugar, eggs and beat with a hand whisk for 5 minutes.
  4. Beating until you get a homogeneous mixture, add the zest, lemon juice and flour little by little.
  5. Add the yeast and mix quickly.
  6. Pour into the pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes or until golden.
  7. Remove, let cool and then unmold.
  8. Decorate with icing of your choice.
