Ingredients
- 500 grams of cooked spaghetti
- 200 grams of mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 200 grams of chopped salami
- 3 eggs
- 100 grams of grated parmesan cheese
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley to taste
- Breadcrumbs
- Sunflower oil
Preparation Mode
- Break the spaghetti into several parts.
- Cook until āal denteā and set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, place the cheese, salami, eggs, pepper and parsley.
- Mix, add the well-broken spaghetti and mix until smooth.
- Roll the puffs into balls.
- Dip them in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
Mom Tips
You can swap the salami for another ingredient of your choice.
