  • 500 grams of cooked spaghetti
  • 200 grams of mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 200 grams of chopped salami
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams of grated parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Sunflower oil

Preparation Mode

  1. Break the spaghetti into several parts.
  2. Cook until “al dente” and set aside to cool.
  3. In a bowl, place the cheese, salami, eggs, pepper and parsley.
  4. Mix, add the well-broken spaghetti and mix until smooth.
  5. Roll the puffs into balls.
  6. Dip them in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.

Mom Tips

You can swap the salami for another ingredient of your choice.
