  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 1 ovo
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs (tea)
  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 grated onion
  • Black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint
  • Frying oil

Preparation mode

  1. In a bowl, place the first 8 ingredients.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Form balls with your hands.
  4. In a pan or skillet heat the oil.
  5. Fry the dumplings, in immersion, until evenly golden.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve immediately.
