On colder nights, how about a nutritious and tasty green soup?
Ingredients
- 5 cups of sanitized spinach leaves
- 1 dessert spoon of olive oil
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- Salt to taste
- 4 cups of vegetable broth
- ½ cup (tea) skimmed milk
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of cream
Preparation Mode
- Place the spinach, olive oil, garlic, onion, salt in a pan and sauté.
- Add the vegetable broth.
- Boil for approximately 10 minutes.
- Mix the milk with the flour and add to the stew.
- In a blender, blend the entire mixture until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
- Return to heat until it boils.
- Add the cream and heat without boiling.
- Place in a soup bowl and serve.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, use light cream.
Serve the soup accompanied by croutons (seasoned mini toasts).
