Hazelnut Cream Filling

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of chopped white chocolate
  • ½ can of cream
  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) Nutella® hazelnut cream
  • Roasted hazelnuts to decorate

Preparation Mode

  1. Over low heat, heat the cream until it boils.
  2. Add the white chocolate and remove from heat.
  3. Stir well until all the chocolate dissolves.
  4. Distribute the cream over the ready-made egg halves.
  5. In spoonfuls, distribute the hazelnut cream.
  6. Sprinkle with hazelnuts.


Mom Tips

Hazelnut and hazelnut cream can be found in good supermarkets.

With 3 cups (tea) of chopped chocolate, the yield is 6 units for Easter egg molds with a capacity of 100 grams.

Pistachio Brigadeiro Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 egg yolks, sifted
  • 50 ml of cream
  • 30 grams of pistachio paste
  • 30 grams of crushed pistachios

Preparation Mode

  1. In a thick-bottomed pan, place all the ingredients and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
  2. Remove from the heat, let it cool and then apply it to the egg shells.
  3. Decorate with crushed pistachios.

Passion Fruit Truffle Filling

Ingredients

  • 500 grams of white chocolate
  • 60 ml concentrated passion fruit juice
  • 100 ml of cream
  • 10 grams of passion fruit essence
  • 15 ml of cognac
  • 50 grams of passion fruit jelly
  • Chantilly

Preparation Mode

  1. Melt the chocolate.
  2. Add the juice, cream, essence and brandy..
  3. Stir well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  4. Refrigerate for 12 hours.
  5. Stuff the eggshell with the truffle.
  6. Cover with the jelly.
  7. Decorate the edge of the egg with whipped cream using a piping bag fitted with a piping tip.

Coffee Brigadeiro Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 50 ml of cream
  • 5 grams of instant coffee
  • 10 ml of warm water
  • Chocolate confections (to decorate)

Preparation Mode

  1. In a thick-bottomed pan, dissolve the coffee in the water.
  2. Mix with the other ingredients.
  3. Heat until it comes away from the bottom of the pan.
  4. Let it cool and then fill the egg shells.
  5. Decorate with sprinkles.

Mom Tips

Make the egg shells in advance and store them in candy boxes, in a dry, ventilated place away from insects.
