Indeed, for a few years now, this type of restaurant has been all the rage. The advantage? They showcase great classics of French cuisine at affordable prices. Faced with this success, Thierry Marx wanted to do his bit and create his Bouillon address. After months of preparation, the restaurant will soon open its doors. We tell you everything.
Le Bouillon du Coq, Thierry Marx’s new restaurant, will open on rue Jean Jaurès in Saint-Ouen on July 11. In a warm setting, customers will be spread over two floors and a terrace. They will be able to enjoy traditional and authentic cuisine at an affordable price. Indeed, thanks to this establishment, eating at Thierry Marx for less than 20 euros will now be possible.
Precisely, the question that burns our lips is the following: what are we going to eat? Like all Bouillons, we will find on the menu the classics like the timeless eggs mayo, the onion soup, the free-range chicken and its gratin dauphinois, or even the chocolate mousse that we never tire of. The menu will be set at around fifteen euros on average. To give us a taste of what awaits us, the chef has already revealed a menu via an Instagram post. The latter is thus composed of beef heart tomato, vinaigrette + knife-cut sausage and mashed potatoes + a crème brûlée. All at the price of 15.60 euros.
Only a few days left before discovering this new address which will undoubtedly be a very good spot for this summer!
