Prepare it the night before and surprise family and guests. Tomato ice cream!


  • 1 kg of ripe tomatoes
  • 3 sheets of white gelatin
  • ½ cup of hot water
  • 1 branch of mint
  • 1 glass of vodka
  • English sauce
  • White and black pepper
  • Sal

Preparation Mode

  1. The day before, (do not use a blender) remove the skin and seeds from the tomatoes and pass them through a coarse sieve.
  2. Soften the gelatin in cold water and then dissolve it in hot water.
  3. Season the tomato juice with the peppers, Worcestershire sauce and salt. The mixture should be well seasoned.
  4. Add the dissolved gelatin, mint and vodka and let it taste at room temperature for 2 hours.
  5. Remove the mint and place the mixture in the freezer for about 3 hours, beating every 30 minutes.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and leave in the freezer until the next day.
  7. Serve in tall glasses or goblets.
  8. Decorate with mint leaves and half a slice of tomato.
