Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 excited
- 2 cups (tea) of sugar
- 250 grams of fresh grated coconut
- 75 grams of grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- Supplyable paper form
- Confectionery to decorate (optional)
Preparation Mode
- Place the paper cups in a suitable cupcake or muffin pan.
- In a bowl place the whole eggs and yolks.
- Mix by beating a little with the help of a whisk.
- Add the sugar and mix again
- Without stopping mixing, add the grated coconut and cheese.
- Lastly, add the flour until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- With the mixture, fill the molds up to 2/3 of their capacity.
- Bake at 180ºC for approximately 40 minutes or until golden.
Mom Tips
Fouet is a wire beater.
There is no yeast in the ingredients.
Do not use dry grated coconut.
The dough is actually a bit liquid; don’t worry.
