Ingredients

  • 2 large onions chopped
  • 2 cups of kale, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup (tea) cassava flour
  • 2 eggs, boiled and chopped
  • Green scent to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Cook the beans as usual.
  2. In a frying pan, brown the bacon and set aside.
  3. Drain the fat.
  4. In the same frying pan, brown the bacon and set aside.
  5. Keep the bacon fat, add the oil and brown the loin and onion.
  6. Add the bacon, bacon, cabbage and drained beans.
  7. Let it heat up.
  8. Add the corn flour and eggs.
  9. Transfer to a platter.
  10. Sprinkle with green scent and decorate with eggs.

Mom Tips

You can add 1 cubed Calabrian sausage to the recipe.

Cassava flour can be replaced with corn flour.

Carioca beans can be replaced with polka dot, brindle or red beans.

Accompany with white rice.

For spicy tropeiro beans: fry 2 sliced ​​garlic cloves, 1 sliced ​​seedless finger pepper in 1 tablespoon of oil. Drain and distribute over the dish before serving.
