Humm how delicious colomba! Easter is already knocking on our door.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of cream
  • 50 grams of chopped white chocolate topping (optional)
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 300 grams of chopped semi-sweet chocolate topping
  • 1 homemade pascal colomba or purchased ready-made
  • Disposable paper form for colomba

Preparation Mode

  1. Remove the paper form from the colomba.
  2. Cut the colomba into three layers/parts.
  3. Place the base of the colomba (first layer) on the serving plate. Reserve.
  4. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate topping with the cream in the microwave, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove, add the nuts and mix.
  6. Use half of the mixture to cover the first reserved layer of colomba.
  7. Cover with another part of colomba and fill with the rest of the ganache.
  8. Finish by adding the last part of colomba.
  9. Refrigerate for approximately 30 minutes so that the filling becomes slightly firm.
  10. Decorate to taste and leave in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Mom Tips

With the white chocolate coating, you can decorate the colomba.

You can replace the walnuts with hazelnuts or pistachios.
