Ingredients
- 200 grams of pods in pieces
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 peeled and seedless tomatoes, chopped
- 1 red pepper in strips
- 1 can of drained peas
- 3 tablespoons chopped green chilli
- 100 grams of margarine
- 4 eggs well beaten
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation Mode
- Prepare a 20 cm diameter mold by greasing it with margarine. Reserve.
- Cook the pods and carrots in boiling water seasoned with salt. Drain and reserve.
- Brown the onion in half the margarine.
- Add the green beans, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, peas, and sauté, stirring constantly, for approximately 10 minutes. Reserve.
- Preheat the oven.
- Add Parmesan cheese to the beaten eggs and season with pepper and salt.
- Add the eggs to the pan with the vegetables and mix well
- Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
- Unmold and serve.
