  • 200 grams of pods in pieces
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 peeled and seedless tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 red pepper in strips
  • 1 can of drained peas
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green chilli
  • 100 grams of margarine
  • 4 eggs well beaten
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation Mode

  1. Prepare a 20 cm diameter mold by greasing it with margarine. Reserve.
  2. Cook the pods and carrots in boiling water seasoned with salt. Drain and reserve.
  3. Brown the onion in half the margarine.
  4. Add the green beans, carrots, tomatoes, peppers, peas, and sauté, stirring constantly, for approximately 10 minutes. Reserve.
  5. Preheat the oven.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese to the beaten eggs and season with pepper and salt.
  7. Add the eggs to the pan with the vegetables and mix well
  8. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
  9. Unmold and serve.
