Tomato Sauce Ingredients
- 4 very ripe tomatoes, skinned and seedless
- ½ chopped onion
- Black pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
Cheese Sauce Ingredients
- 200 grams of cottage cheese
- Chopped parsley to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Salt to taste
Other Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 1 eggplant
- 1 carrot
Tomato Sauce Preparation Method
- Place the diced tomato and onion in a pan and leave for 10 minutes over low heat.
- Remove from heat and season with pepper, oregano, salt and olive oil.
Cheese Sauce Preparation Method
- Knead the cheese until it becomes creamy.
- Tempera and reserve.
Preparation Mode
- Cut the zucchini, eggplant and carrot into thin slices.
- Cook the carrot in salted water for about 2 minutes.
- Grill the zucchini and eggplant in a non-stick frying pan until they are golden.
Assembly
