Tomato Sauce Ingredients

  • 4 very ripe tomatoes, skinned and seedless
  • ½ chopped onion
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil

Cheese Sauce Ingredients

  • 200 grams of cottage cheese
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Salt to taste

Other Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 eggplant
  • 1 carrot

Tomato Sauce Preparation Method

  1. Place the diced tomato and onion in a pan and leave for 10 minutes over low heat.
  2. Remove from heat and season with pepper, oregano, salt and olive oil.

Cheese Sauce Preparation Method

  1. Knead the cheese until it becomes creamy.
  2. Tempera and reserve.

Preparation Mode

  1. Cut the zucchini, eggplant and carrot into thin slices.
  2. Cook the carrot in salted water for about 2 minutes.
  3. Grill the zucchini and eggplant in a non-stick frying pan until they are golden.


  1. Assemble the lasagna by placing the tomato sauce, cheese sauce and vegetables interspersed in a baking dish.
  2. Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
