Healthy breads cannot be missing from your menu. Excellent for breakfast and afternoon snack. Try it!
Ingredients
- 2 tablets of biological yeast for bread
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 and ½ cups of molasses
- 2 cups (tea) of whole wheat
- 3 and ½ cups (tea) of wheat flour
Preparation Mode
- Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water and set aside.
- In a bowl, place 1 and ¼ cups (tea) of warm water, butter, salt and molasses.
- Shake well.
- Add the whole wheat, 1 cup of wheat flour, mix and add the reserved yeast.
- Gradually add the remaining wheat flour.
- Place on a smooth surface, sprinkle with flour and knead until you get a smooth dough.
- Cover and let it rise until it doubles in size.
- After this time, knead the dough for a few more minutes.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Cut the dough into two parts, shape into loaves, place in molds, cover and let rise again.
- Heat the oven to 180ºC and place the breads to bake. for approximately 45 minutes.
- Remove and unmold.
- Spread a light layer of butter on top of the bread.
- Serve with your favorite pate.
