Healthy breads cannot be missing from your menu. Excellent for breakfast and afternoon snack. Try it!


  • 2 tablets of biological yeast for bread
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 and ½ cups of molasses
  • 2 cups (tea) of whole wheat
  • 3 and ½ cups (tea) of wheat flour

Preparation Mode

  1. Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, place 1 and ¼ cups (tea) of warm water, butter, salt and molasses.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Add the whole wheat, 1 cup of wheat flour, mix and add the reserved yeast.
  5. Gradually add the remaining wheat flour.
  6. Place on a smooth surface, sprinkle with flour and knead until you get a smooth dough.
  7. Cover and let it rise until it doubles in size.
  8. After this time, knead the dough for a few more minutes.
  9. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  10. Cut the dough into two parts, shape into loaves, place in molds, cover and let rise again.
  11. Heat the oven to 180ºC and place the breads to bake. for approximately 45 minutes.
  12. Remove and unmold.
  13. Spread a light layer of butter on top of the bread.
  14. Serve with your favorite pate.
