A fillet option to eat with pleasure! This dish is simply very tasty!!
Ingredients
- 4 medium filet mignon steaks
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1 small grated onion
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups of milk (tea)
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1 level teaspoon of paprika
Preparation mode
- Season the steaks with the garlic, onion and salt. Book.
- Dissolve the flour in 1 cup of milk. Book.
- In a pan, heat 1 cup of milk until it boils.
- Lower the heat and, stirring constantly, add the dissolved flour.
- Stir until a cream forms.
- Add the paprika and mustard.
- In a frying pan, grill the fillets in margarine.
- Pour the cream over the top and leave on the heat for another minute or until golden.
Mom Tips
For a light flavor, replace whole milk with skimmed milk and traditional margarine with light margarine.
Paprika, in addition to flavor, adds color to dishes.
