Ingredients
- 1 chicken cut into pieces
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 1 can of cream
- ½ cup of milk
- 3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- Juice of half a lemon
- Sage leaves
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- Season the chicken with lemon juice, garlic, pepper and salt.
- In a frying pan, fry the chicken in olive oil with the sage leaves until golden. Book.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cream, milk and parmesan cheese.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken, cover and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Mom Tips
If you prefer, you can replace the whole chicken with pieces of chicken breast served with the sauce heated separately.
