  • 2 fresh biological yeast tablets (30 grams)
  • 1 spoon (dessert) of salt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 teaspoon panettone essence
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 cup of dark chocolate cut into pieces

Preparation mode

  1. Provide 4 forms of paper suitable for 500 grams panettones. Reserve.
  2. Preheat the oven at 180 ° C.
  3. In a blender, in pulse speed, beat the yeast and salt.
  4. Add water, milk, essence and beat again at the same speed.
  5. Add the eggs and beat for a few seconds.
  6. Place the mixture in a mixer and add the butter.
  7. Gradually, at low speed, add the sugar and beat until smooth.
  8. Turn off the mixer and add a little by little 1 kg of flour and mix.
  9. On a smooth surface, spray with the remaining flour, put the dough and work until it starts to unglued from the hands.
  10. Divide the dough into four parts and add to each of them ¼ cup of chocolate.
  11. Work the dough to incorporate chocolate well.
  12. Distribute the masses in the forms.
  13. Take to bake until golden brown.
