Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml of oil
  • 200 ml of juice (see mother tips below the recipe)
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 2 glasses of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon well full of emulsifier
  • 1 tablespoon shallow powder for ice cream milk
  • 300 grams of sugar
  • 250 ml of milk or cold guarana

Mass preparation way

  1. Prepare a 35 cm x 25 cm pan.
  2. In a blender, beat eggs, oil, juice and sugar for 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add the flour and yeast.

COVERAGE PREPARATION METHOD

  1. In the mixer, beat all ingredients until the point gets.

Use juice of your choice except reddish.

This recipe is exact for a way without having to cut in half.

This cake absorbs well when wetting the dough.

I used rice role I worked with pitanga nozzle I made this cake with 4 hours just left the stuffing ready the night the others did in the morning.
