Ingredients

  • 300 grams of mass (penne or fusilli)
  • 2 chopped carrots
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped garlic tooth
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 450 grams of ground pork meat
  • 50 grams of bacon
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 125 ml white wine
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh sage
  • 150 grams grated cheese
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan
  • salt and black pepper
  • 300 ml sour cream

Preparation mode

  1. Heat the oven at 250 ° C.
  2. In a pan, put the olive oil, sauté the onion, garlic and carrots for 5 minutes until I soften.
  3. Add the bacon and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  4. Put the pork and saute until it gains color.
  5. Put the wine and let the alcohol evaporate, then put the tomato sauce and sage.
  6. Hit the seasoning to taste with salt and black pepper, cover the pan and cook for 30 minutes.
  7. Cook the dough until al dente and drain.
  8. With the pasta, add the cream, the plate cheese and half of the Parmesan cheese, mix.
  9. On a platter, first place the pork in the entire bottom. Then put the pasta on top and level. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
