Ingredients
- 300 grams of chickpeas
- 100 grams of thinly sliced bacon
- 1 piece of pepperoni sausage, thinly sliced
- 1 paio cut into thin slices
- 750 grams of pork shoulder
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 cloves of minced garlic
- ½ kg of duck meat in small cubes
- 1 tablet of legume broth
- 1 tablet of meat broth
- 1 bunch of chopped parsley
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 2 diced carrots
- 1 small cabbage, very thinly sliced
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Preparation Mode
- Clean the chickpeas and leave them in water for one night.
- In a pressure cooker, add the olive oil, bacon, pepperoni and pepperoni and fry.
- Add the onion, tomato, carrot, meat, seasonings, salt and sauté.
- Add the cabbage little by little and sauté until it wilts.
- Add the chickpeas, half a bunch of parsley, cover with water by passing two fingers, put under pressure for 30 minutes.
- Once ready, sprinkle with the rest of the parsley.
- Serve.
Mom Tips
If you prefer, replace some ingredients with others of your choice.
You can add potatoes, chicken, green corn, etc.
Serve with white rice if you like it.
