  • 300 grams of chickpeas
  • 100 grams of thinly sliced ​​bacon
  • 1 piece of pepperoni sausage, thinly sliced
  • 1 paio cut into thin slices
  • 750 grams of pork shoulder
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves of minced garlic
  • ½ kg of duck meat in small cubes
  • 1 tablet of legume broth
  • 1 tablet of meat broth
  • 1 bunch of chopped parsley
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 diced carrots
  • 1 small cabbage, very thinly sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Preparation Mode

  1. Clean the chickpeas and leave them in water for one night.
  2. In a pressure cooker, add the olive oil, bacon, pepperoni and pepperoni and fry.
  3. Add the onion, tomato, carrot, meat, seasonings, salt and sauté.
  4. Add the cabbage little by little and sauté until it wilts.
  5. Add the chickpeas, half a bunch of parsley, cover with water by passing two fingers, put under pressure for 30 minutes.
