Ingredients
- 1 bunch of crisp lettuce
- ½ bunch of endive
- 2 cups of spinach leaves
- 1 bunch of watercress
- 3 chard leaves
- ½ cup chopped yellow pepper
- ½ onion in strips
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 10 boiled quail eggs
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 box of cream
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- Salt to taste
Preparation Mode
- Clean the leaves, tomatoes and peppers well.
- In a large salad bowl, distribute the coarsely chopped leaves.
- Distribute the pepper, onion, tomato and eggs over the top.
- In a blender, blend all the sauce ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Drizzle the salad with the dressing or serve the dressing separately.
- Serve.
