Don’t miss out on salad in your meals. They are healthy and very refreshing!


  • 1 bunch of crisp lettuce
  • ½ bunch of endive
  • 2 cups of spinach leaves
  • 1 bunch of watercress
  • 3 chard leaves
  • ½ cup chopped yellow pepper
  • ½ onion in strips
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 10 boiled quail eggs

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1 box of cream
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • Salt to taste

Preparation Mode

  1. Clean the leaves, tomatoes and peppers well.
  2. In a large salad bowl, distribute the coarsely chopped leaves.
  3. Distribute the pepper, onion, tomato and eggs over the top.
  4. In a blender, blend all the sauce ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  5. Drizzle the salad with the dressing or serve the dressing separately.
  6. Serve.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, you can replace the ingredient in the recipe with another ingredient of your choice.
