Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked and mashed pumpkin
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 1 pot of natural yogurt
- 100 grams of grated coconut
- 1 and ½ cups of warm milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- Sugar for sprinkling
- Cinnamon powder for sprinkling
Preparation Mode
- Grease and dust a round pan with flour.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- In a blender, blend the pumpkin with the yogurt, milk, butter and eggs.
- In a bowl, sift the wheat flour, sugar, yeast and add the grated coconut.
- Add the beaten mixture and mix very well.
- Pour the dough into the pan and place in the oven to bake for approximately 35 minutes or until golden.
- Serve sprinkled with sugar and ground cinnamon.
