  • 1 cup cooked and mashed pumpkin
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 pot of natural yogurt
  • 100 grams of grated coconut
  • 1 and ½ cups of warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • Sugar for sprinkling
  • Cinnamon powder for sprinkling

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease and dust a round pan with flour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  3. In a blender, blend the pumpkin with the yogurt, milk, butter and eggs.
  4. In a bowl, sift the wheat flour, sugar, yeast and add the grated coconut.
  5. Add the beaten mixture and mix very well.
  6. Pour the dough into the pan and place in the oven to bake for approximately 35 minutes or until golden.
  7. Serve sprinkled with sugar and ground cinnamon.
