Ingredients
- 2 large carrots
- 1 cup (tea) oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Preparation Mode
- Prepare the cupcake pan with paper liners.
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and yeast. Reserve.
- In a blender, beat the eggs, oil and carrots.
- Pour the mixture into the reserved dry ingredients.
- Fill the molds halfway with the dough.
- Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out dry.

Suggested fillings for the cupcake: brigadeiro, white or black ganache, available chocolate drops.
Decoration made with white ganache, fondant or powdered milk paste.
