To make your Easter really delicious, enjoy this cupcake!


  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 cup (tea) oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

Preparation Mode

  1. Prepare the cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and yeast. Reserve.
  4. In a blender, beat the eggs, oil and carrots.
  5. Pour the mixture into the reserved dry ingredients.
  6. Fill the molds halfway with the dough.
  7. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out dry.

Mom Tips

Suggested fillings for the cupcake: brigadeiro, white or black ganache, available chocolate drops.

Decoration made with white ganache, fondant or powdered milk paste.
