Quickly and conveniently, use puff pastry and make a delicious apple dessert!


  • 1 kg of frozen puff pastry
  • 4 large apples
  • 1 cup apricot jam
  • 1 cup (tea) sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Butter
  • Wheat flour

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease and flour a baking tray and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  3. Peel the apples and cut into small cubes or slices.
  4. Add the jam and sugar and mix well. Reserve.
  5. Roll out the puff pastry into two rectangles of the same size and thickness.
  6. Work the dough into the pan, as shown in the photo.
  7. Brush with beaten egg and add the filling.
  8. Place in the oven to bake for approximately 50 minutes.
  9. Remove and unmold while still hot.
  10. Serve cold.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, you can use part of the dough to completely cover the pie, hiding the filling. In this case, scratch the top dough with the help of a fork, making designs on the dough.

Serve as dessert.
