Dough Ingredients

  • ¾ cup whole wheat flour

Dough Preparation Method

Filling preparation method

  1. Place the bananas, water, sweetener, cloves and cinnamon in a pan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring only occasionally so the fruit doesn’t fall apart. When it is soft, turn it off.
