A much appreciated dessert combined with the practicality of the season.
Ingredients
- 200 grams of cornstarch biscuits
- ½ packet of unsalted butter at room temperature
- 1 pot of dulce de leche
- 1 pot of cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 5 dwarf bananas
- Cinnamon powder
- Cocoa powder (optional)
Preparation Mode
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- In the processor, grind the biscuit very finely.
- Add the butter and mix.
- Press this mixture into a 25 cm x 10 cm mold.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
- Remove and let it cool.
- Crumble the dough and place it in the bottom of the cups.
- Distribute a little dulce de leche into each glass.
- Cut the bananas into slices and place over the dulce de leche.
- Using a mixer, beat the cream until it starts to thicken.
- Add the sugar and beat until you get whipped cream.
- Distribute whipped cream in all glasses.
- Decorate with cinnamon or cocoa powder.
- Take it to freeze.
Mom Tips
Cornstarch biscuit = 200 grams
Dulce de leche pot = 400 grams
Pot cream = 300 grams
