  • 500 grams of rolled pastry dough
  • 400 grams of grated mozzarella
  • 200 grams of chopped ham
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Frying oil

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bowl, mix the cheese, ham, tomato, oregano and salt.
  2. Roll out the pastry dough and remove the plastic wrap from one side of the dough.
  3. Add the filling and fold in half to form a half moon.
  4. Pinch the edges well with a fork.
  5. Remove the plastic film from the other part of the dough and fry in hot oil until evenly browned.
  6. Remove from heat and place on paper towel to drain.
  7. Serve.
