Quick-to-prepare chicken with a special flavor for your everyday mix.


  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 100 grams of chopped bacon
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 4 large diced potatoes
  • 2 cubes of chicken or vegetable stock
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 2 cups (tea) of water
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary

Preparation Mode

  1. Over medium heat, in a pan, heat the oil, add the bacon, onion, garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until golden.
  3. Add the tomato paste and fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add the broth, potatoes, rosemary and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the water and wine, cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  6. Serve.

Mom Tips

Serve accompanied by white rice and green salad.
