Another recipe for your truffles and chocolates collection.


  • 500 grams of white chocolate
  • 100 grams of cream
  • 50 grams of finely grated coconut
  • 50 pieces of whole, skinless almonds

  • Fractionated white chocolate
  • Fine dried coconut flakes

Preparation Mode

  1. In a bain-marie or microwave, melt the chocolate with the cream.
  2. Remove, add the finely grated coconut and mix well.
  3. Place to cool on a plate.
  4. Once cold, roll into balls with a whole almond inside.
  5. Melt the white chocolate for the topping and coat the truffles.
  6. Before the chocolate dries, roll the truffles in coconut flakes.

Mom Tips

To roll the candy, don’t put margarine on your hands; Use cornstarch (cornstarch) as an aid.

If you prefer, use burnt coconut flakes to coat the truffles.
