Ingredients
- 2 cups of desalted and cooked cod chips
- 2 cups boiled and squeezed potatoes
- 1 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup chopped green olives
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 chopped onion
Preparation Mode
- In a pan, over medium heat, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil.
- Add the cod, olives and mix.
- Add the chives, potatoes, mix and turn off.
- Add the flour little by little, season with salt and mix.
- When the dough is warm, roll it with your hands into croquettes.
- In hot oil, fry the croquettes little by little.
- Drain on paper towel and serve immediately.
