Ingredients

  • 2 cups of desalted and cooked cod chips
  • 2 cups boiled and squeezed potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 cup chopped green olives
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion

Preparation Mode

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil.
  2. Add the cod, olives and mix.
  3. Add the chives, potatoes, mix and turn off.
  4. Add the flour little by little, season with salt and mix.
  5. When the dough is warm, roll it with your hands into croquettes.
  6. In hot oil, fry the croquettes little by little.
  7. Drain on paper towel and serve immediately.
