- ½ bunch of spinach
- ¼ cup (tea) olive oil
- Salt to taste

- 1 cup (tea) cream cheese
- ½ cup raspberries (tea)
- 1 pinch of salt
- Rosemary
- 1 dessert spoon of chia seeds

- In a blender, beat the cream cheese, raspberry and salt.
- Reserve.

- Reserve some of the raspberry cream.

Raspberries can be fresh or frozen.
The cream should be thick.
If you prefer a thicker cream, remove the cream.
You can use light cream cheese, which helps to reduce calories and fat per serving of salad.
