Ingredients
- 8 ears of corn
- 3 cups of milk (tea)
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 cups of sugar (tea)
- Cinnamon powder
Preparation Mode
- Grate the corn cobs and pass the cream through a sieve.
- Press with the back of a spoon to remove all the corn pulp.
- Dispose of the pomace that remained in the sieve.
- Place the pulp in a pan, add the milk, sugar and butter.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring for 10 minutes or until you get a thick cream.
- Pour into small pots lightly greased with oil.
- Take it to freeze.
- Unmold and sprinkle with cinnamon.

If the ears are large; use only seven.
