Ingredients

  • 8 ears of corn
  • 3 cups of milk (tea)
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 cups of sugar (tea)
  • Cinnamon powder

Preparation Mode

  1. Grate the corn cobs and pass the cream through a sieve.
  2. Press with the back of a spoon to remove all the corn pulp.
  3. Dispose of the pomace that remained in the sieve.
  4. Place the pulp in a pan, add the milk, sugar and butter.
  5. Cook over medium heat, stirring for 10 minutes or until you get a thick cream.
  6. Pour into small pots lightly greased with oil.
  7. Take it to freeze.
  8. Unmold and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Mom Tips

If the ears are large; use only seven.

Also, if you prefer, you can place the curau in a small ovenproof dish.
