  • 2 sliced ​​eggplants
  • ½ cup (tea) breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup oats (tea)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Oil

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease a baking tray and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. Place the oats, flour, thyme, pepper and salt in a bowl. Mix and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Dip the eggplant slices in the eggs and then in the reserved flour mixture.
  6. Place on the baking tray and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
  7. Remove, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and return to the oven for approximately 10 minutes or until browned.
  8. Serve.
