  • 1 Manga
  • Strawberries to taste
  • 2 Kiwi
  • 2 pineapple slices
  • ½ cup whole apple juice
  • 1 cup coconut water (tea)

Preparation mode

  1. Sanitize the fruits.
  2. Mix the coconut water with the juice and set aside.
  3. Dice the pineapple and mango. Reserve.
  4. Chop the strawberries and kiwis into slices. Reserve.
  5. In a bowl put all the fruits and mix them.
  6. Distribute the fruits in popsicle molds without pressing them.
  7. Add in each cavity of the popsicle maker, the mixture of juice and coconut water.
  8. Place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
  9. Develop and serve.

Mother’s Tips

When mixing the juice with the coconut water, try it if you don’t want to add a teaspoon of sugar for a sweeter popsicle.

You can use fruits such as grapes, peaches, raspberries, or others of your choice.
