UA Russian drone pursued, this Sunday, the German Foreign Minister, Annalena Baerbock, in the Mykolaiv region, in Ukraine. According to Bild, the German diplomat ended up immediately canceling a visit she intended to make to a desalination plant 50 kilometers from the front line, for fear of a Russian attack.
According to the German newspaper, during the journey, a Russian reconnaissance drone was spotted in the area, normally followed by a direct air attack.
“The visit to the water factory had to be canceled prematurely for security reasons,” said a spokesperson for that Ministry.
The drivers tried to escape the drone, but it continued to pursue the minister and her entourage.
The drone only moved away some time later, however, the entourage kept moving and the visit ended up being cancelled.
