Simple, easy to make, aromatic and delicious, these cupcakes are great for an afternoon snack!


  • 225 grams of self-raising wheat flour
  • 225 grams of sugar
  • 225 grams of softened unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

Preparation Mode

  1. Line a baking tray suitable for cupcakes with a disposable paper liner. Reserve.
  2. Preheat the oven to medium temperature.
  3. In a mixer bowl, place all the ingredients and beat for 3 minutes or until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  4. Distribute the dough into the molds, and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden.
  5. Remove the molds from the mold and transfer them to a metal rack until they cool completely.

Mom Tips

If you prefer, cover the cupcakes with royal icing with dye in your favorite color and decorate with colorful sprinkles.
