  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 cup (tea) soy fiber
  • ¾ cup cornstarch (cornstarch)
  • ¾ cup (tea) concentrated passion fruit juice
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 excited
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 3 tablespoons of honey

Preparation Mode

  1. Grease and flour a small pan of your choice and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  3. Using a mixer, beat the egg whites, remove and place in a bowl.
  4. Using a mixer, beat the remaining dough ingredients.
  5. Add the egg whites and mix gently.
  6. Transfer the dough to the pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out dry.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  8. Cover the cake with chocolate syrup.

  1. Melt the chocolate, preferably in a bowl over a bain-marie.
  2. When the chocolate acquires a pasty consistency, add the honey.
  3. Mix well.

You can find soy fiber in natural products stores or in good supermarkets.

Corn does not contain gluten and, therefore, neither do foods made from this ingredient.

The amount of chopped chocolate is = 360 grams.
