In one of her latest videos, the influencer revealed an unusual flan recipe that she makes with Skyr, a product of Icelandic origin known for its high protein content.

This “fresh and light” dessert offers around 18 g of protein per serving. It is therefore perfect for a healthy and protein snack! Here are the steps to reproduce it at home.

To make this recipe for 2 people, you will need:

  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g of Skyr or cottage cheese
  • 50 g of maple syrup (or the sweetener of your choice, the quantity of which you can adjust according to your tastes)
  • The zest and juice of half a lemon
  • 30 g de Maïzen
  • 100 g frozen raspberries
